We create unique and exceptional designs across multiple disciplines, utilizing modern technologies and BIM standards, while also taking into account sustainable construction requirements. We create documentation tailored to the project, whether in the form of two-dimensional drawings, sketches, diagrams, visualizations, or virtual tours.

 

Houses and residences 

 

We love working on individual house designs. We strive to tailor each of our house designs to our clients' needs and expectations. House designs are developed comprehensively, including landscaping and interior design.

HOW WE WORK? ​

 

Pre-design work - due diligence, planning procedures, and plot feasibility analyses

We conduct comprehensive urban planning analyses assessing the plot's potential, availability of technical infrastructure, and environmental and urban conditions. Based on the collected data, we develop a preliminary functional program, work schedule, and estimated investment cost, tailored to the unique development layout and specific design parameters. As part of our service, we also analyze local zoning plans or zoning decisions to determine the feasibility of a specific project, and obtain all necessary planning decisions required to submit a building permit application. We prepare all necessary studies, such as project information sheets, environmental reports, and water reports for our projects. We assist with planning procedures and obtaining zoning decisions.

 

Concept design

We develop a comprehensive functional program and development plan for the plot. The concept consists of floor plans, cross-sections, and elevations, along with material and color selection. The concept is presented based on photorealistic visualizations, collages, graphics, diagrams, floor plans, and preliminary cost estimates.

Construction Design
 

Multi-discipline detailing of the conceptual design to the extent necessary to obtain a building permit. At this stage, the design is developed and coordinated by a multi-discipline team, while simultaneously obtaining the necessary opinions and approvals.

Interior Design

During the design process, we work simultaneously on the interiors of the building. Our interior designs are characterized by meticulous attention to detail, materials, textures, and project budget.
 

Landscape and Landscaping Design

We collaborate with the leading landscape practices and greenery designers. The landscape design is developed concurrently with the building design.
 

Detailed Design

This stage involves developing and specifying the construction documentation for implementation, ensuring that every detail of the building is meticulously crafted and reflects the overall design. Based on the completed documentation, we prepare cost estimates, specifications, and schedules. The documentation is fully coordinated across disciplines and ready for implementation.
 

Design Supervision

In this phase we are ensuring the accuracy of the construction with the design and Studio GAB standards. We participate in on-site technical meetings and work collaboratively with the client to ensure the project's successful completion.
