Space for living
The apartment in Perfumiarnia consists of three rooms. A living room connected to a kitchen hidden behind a partition, a bedroom with a bathroom and a guest room. The main design intention was to understand the layout of the apartment in such a way as to make the most of natural light and the outstanding view outside the window - Wilson Park, which will be a kind of background for the residents' lives.
Another important intention was to create the space of the apartment in such a way that it would provide great comfort of stay, both in terms of feeling the space sensorially, acoustically and visually. The main place of concentration in the apartment is an oval, stone table. It was located opposite the entrance, between the open kitchen and lounge area and the private part - bedrooms. This division is very clear - the living area is very open and visually accessible, while the private part - bedroom, guest room and toilets are hidden - merging the doors leading to them into the corridor.
The bedrooms play a functional role, they are spaces of rest with the most peaceful, subdued expression possible. The unity of the apartment space is ensured by the stone, marble floor. The irregular way of laying the floor fits perfectly into the irregular divisions of rooms, which are very characteristic of the building. A very important element in the design are details that create the mood, such as jewelry lighting, delicate door handles, graphics, etc.
